1. Booking Confirmation: A contract between you and 13Trips is established once: A completed booking request is received, and the required deposit or full payment (if applicable) is made. This confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
2. Deposit Policy: A minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost per person is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated timeline
3. Payment Terms: Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved modes. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods (e.g., credit cards)For bookings made close to departure, full payment may be required immediately
4. Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be cleared at least 28 days prior to departure. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation, with applicable charges
5. Amendments to Booking: Requests for changes (dates, hotels, itinerary) will be accommodated where possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Travel Services & Liability: 13Trips operates solely as a travel planner and facilitator, coordinating arrangements with independent service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators. As we do not own or directly manage these services, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or deficiencies in service provided by third parties. Additionally, 13Trips shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or natural events.
7. Complaints & Grievances: Any concerns or issues encountered during the course of travel must be promptly reported to our support team to enable timely assistance and resolution. Formal complaints, if any, should be submitted in writing within 28 days of trip completion. All disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Passports & Visas: It is the sole responsibility of travelers to ensure that they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation prior to departure. Visa assistance or processing services are not included unless explicitly specified as part of the package.
9. Health & Safety: Travelers are required to ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the journey. 13Trips reserves the right to refuse or restrict travel participation in cases where a traveler’s health condition may pose a risk to themselves or others during the trip.
10. Hotel Policies: All hotel bookings are subject to the standard check-in and check-out policies of the respective properties. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per hotel discretion.
11. Transport Usage: Transportation services provided as part of the itinerary are strictly limited to the agreed schedule and route. Any additional usage beyond the planned itinerary will be subject to extra charges, payable by the traveler.
12. Itinerary Changes: While every effort is made to adhere to the planned itinerary, 13Trips reserves the right to modify or adjust travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be made with due consideration to the safety, comfort, and overall experience of the traveler.
13. Pricing & Surcharges: All prices are subject to revision in response to changes in fuel costs, government taxes, or currency fluctuations. In the event of a significant increase beyond a reasonable threshold, travelers will be informed in advance and provided with necessary clarification.
14. Limitation of Liability: 13Trips shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage incurred during travel, including those arising from the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Furthermore, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
